WINES ESCLUSIVI

Elios is a dessert wine, a wine obtained exclusively from merlot grapes withered on trays for approximately 3 months. The San Zeno  wine comes from a grape blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot carefully aged in oak barrels, until its becomes the "Reserve" of the winery. TheNovello di Teroldego  is a wine obtained from selected grapes, vinified whole; after just ten days the juice is pressed, which keeps all the fragrance of the grape together with the particular taste of young wine.

The classic method sparkling Altinum Brut originates from Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero grapes from our local area. The hills surrounding Aldeno

are the ideal environment for the cultivation of the best grapes for sparkling wines.
